Section 1

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the 7000ttt platform — including its website, mobile interface, games, sportsbook, and any associated services — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you (the player) and 7000ttt.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not create an account, make a deposit, or use any services offered by 7000ttt. Continued use of the platform following any published amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for updates.

7000ttt reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address associated with their account and/or a notice posted prominently on the platform. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication unless a later effective date is specified.

Section 2

Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to 7000ttt is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 18 years of age. Players under the age of 18 are absolutely prohibited from registering, depositing, wagering, or accessing any real-money content on 7000ttt.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, proxy, or representative of any third party.
• You are not subject to a self-exclusion agreement — whether initiated through 7000ttt or through any third-party responsible gaming programme.
• You are not a current employee, director, contractor, or close family member of any employee of 7000ttt or any of its affiliated game providers or payment processors.
• Participation in online gambling is not prohibited by the laws of your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of 7000ttt is lawful in your location.

7000ttt targets the Bangladesh market and is designed for players based in Bangladesh. Players accessing the platform from other jurisdictions do so at their own risk and are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with local laws.

Section 3

Account Registration

To access real-money games and the sportsbook on 7000ttt, you must create a registered account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to:

• Your full legal name as it appears on your national identity document (NID) or passport.
• Your date of birth (day, month, year).
• A valid, active email address that you own and regularly access.
• A valid Bangladeshi mobile number.
• Your preferred currency (Bangladeshi Taka — ৳ BDT).

You are permitted to hold one account only. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, the same payment method, or any other identifying factor — is strictly prohibited. In the event that duplicate accounts are detected, 7000ttt reserves the right to suspend all associated accounts, void any open bets or bonus balances, and withhold funds pending a full investigation.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. 7000ttt will never ask you to disclose your password. Any activity carried out under your login credentials is your responsibility. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify the support team at support@7000ttt without delay.

Section 4

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 7000ttt are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). The following payment methods are currently accepted for both deposits and withdrawals, subject to availability and individual transaction limits:

Withdrawals are processed to the same method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. This policy is designed to prevent money laundering and to comply with international financial compliance standards. Withdrawals are subject to identity verification and may be delayed if KYC documentation has not been completed.

7000ttt does not charge internal processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, third-party fees imposed by your bank or mobile money provider are outside our control and are your responsibility. Transaction limits — both minimum and maximum — may be updated from time to time and are displayed in the Cashier section of your account at the time of the transaction.

Section 5

Bonuses & Promotions

7000ttt offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered players. These may include welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spin packages, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions aligned with the Bangladeshi calendar (e.g., Eid, BPL season, Pohela Boishakh). All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion's terms:

1. Wagering requirement: All bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before any resulting winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier is stated in the individual promotion details page under Offers / Promotions.
2. Time limit: Bonuses expire if the wagering requirement is not met within the stated promotional period. Expired bonus funds and associated winnings are forfeited without compensation.
3. Game contributions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games, scratch cards, and certain table games may contribute at a reduced rate (e.g., 10%) or may be entirely excluded. The contribution table is displayed on each promotion's detail page.
4. Maximum bet rule: While a bonus balance is active, the maximum permitted single bet is ৳500 (or equivalent) unless otherwise specified. Bets placed in excess of this limit during an active bonus may be voided.
5. One bonus at a time: Only one bonus may be active on an account at any given time. Claiming a second bonus before the first is cleared will void the first bonus and its associated winnings.
6. Bonus abuse: 7000ttt reserves the right to void bonuses and withhold withdrawals in cases where the platform reasonably believes a player has engaged in bonus abuse, matched betting, arbitrage, or any strategy designed to exploit promotional terms. The determination of what constitutes abuse rests solely with 7000ttt management.

Promotional offers may be amended, suspended, or withdrawn at any time without prior notice. 7000ttt is under no obligation to continue offering any particular promotion indefinitely.

Section 6

Betting & Gaming Rules

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on 7000ttt. Sport-specific and game-specific rules are detailed in the relevant sections of the platform and form part of these Terms by incorporation.

• Bet acceptance: All bets are subject to acceptance by 7000ttt. The platform reserves the right to decline, limit, or void any bet at its absolute discretion, including bets placed after an event has commenced where real-time data was not accurately reflected.
• Obvious errors: Where a bet is accepted due to a manifest error — including pricing errors, incorrect market descriptions, or technical faults — 7000ttt reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake to the player's account. This applies regardless of whether the bet has already settled.
• In-play betting: Live in-play markets on cricket (including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures), football, and other sports are offered where available. 7000ttt accepts no responsibility for delays in live data feeds that may affect the pricing or availability of in-play markets.
• Settlement: 7000ttt aims to settle all markets promptly following the conclusion of an event. In cases of dispute, the platform's decision on settlement is final, subject to the formal dispute resolution process described below.
• Game integrity: All RNG (random number generator) game outcomes are determined by certified third-party software. 7000ttt does not influence game results. Live casino games are streamed from regulated studios operated by licensed providers including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, and Pragmatic Play Live.
• Disconnection policy: If a player is disconnected from a game session mid-hand or mid-spin due to internet failure, the outcome of any incomplete game round will be determined by the game server's recorded state at the point of disconnection. 7000ttt is not liable for losses resulting from network interruptions on the player's side.

Section 7

User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using 7000ttt, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations and to observe the following obligations at all times:

• You will provide truthful, accurate, and complete information at registration and during any subsequent verification process.
• You will not attempt to access another player's account or impersonate any individual or entity.
• You will not use any automated software, bots, scripts, spiders, scrapers, or AI-assisted tools to interact with the platform in a manner that is not part of normal human player usage.
• You will not engage in any collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated play designed to defraud 7000ttt or other players on the platform.
• You will not attempt to exploit bugs, glitches, or technical vulnerabilities in the platform's software. Any such vulnerability discovered must be reported to the support team promptly. Deliberate exploitation, even where no financial gain results, may constitute a criminal offence.
• You will not use the platform in connection with any money laundering activity or in furtherance of any fraud, tax evasion, or other financial crime.
• You will not deposit funds using payment methods that do not belong to you.
• You will not make chargebacks, payment reversals, or dispute legitimate transactions through your bank or payment provider after receiving services from 7000ttt. Fraudulent chargebacks will be pursued through all available legal remedies.
• You will treat 7000ttt staff and other players with respect. Abusive, threatening, or harassing communications directed at support staff or other players via any channel will result in immediate account suspension.

Violation of any of the above obligations constitutes a material breach of these Terms and entitles 7000ttt to take immediate remedial action, including but not limited to account suspension, balance forfeiture, and legal proceedings.

Section 8

Account Suspension & Closure

7000ttt reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The account holder has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The account has been used in connection with fraudulent, criminal, or otherwise unlawful activity.
• The account holder is under 18 years of age or has provided false identity information.
• Continued operation of the account poses a financial, legal, or reputational risk to 7000ttt.
• A regulatory or legal requirement compels the platform to restrict or close the account.

Where an account is closed due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, 7000ttt reserves the right to retain any balance in the account pending the resolution of any claim it may have against the player. In cases where no breach is found, any genuine balance (excluding bonus funds and voided winnings) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.

Voluntary closure: Players who wish to close their account voluntarily may do so by contacting support@7000ttt. Players seeking to close their account for responsible gaming reasons are encouraged to use the self-exclusion tool in Account Settings before requesting closure, to ensure the exclusion is logged appropriately.

Dormant accounts: An account is considered dormant after 12 consecutive months of inactivity (no login, no deposit, no wager). 7000ttt may apply a monthly account maintenance fee of ৳100 to dormant accounts after this period, deducted from the available balance. If the balance reaches zero, the account will be closed. Players will be notified by email before any maintenance fee is applied.
